Do you know where all Airport Express Line trains go after the passengers alighted at Airport Station? Move onto a turnback or overrun track and rush back to the other Airport Station platform? Not exactly.

In fact, there is a special station where theoretically none of the Airport Express Line passengers have been to. It is called the Servicing Platforms (SVP). It is located on the northeast corner of the Chek Lap Kok island. Airport Express Line trains terminate here, not at Airport Station. In SVP, the Train Operator will be able get some rest, while the train will be cleaned up. The train will stop at SVP for around 10 minutes and proceed back to Airport Station platform 2 to pick up passengers.
