| 5 - Take tickets and change After you have paid the correct amount, the tickets will be issued in a matter of seconds. Tickets will be dispensed on the left side, and change (if any) will come out on the right side. Don't forget to take them before you go. |

Before taking a train, if you do not have an Octopus Card, you have to buy a ticket. These tickets, each called a Single Journey Ticket (SJT), can be purchased from SJT Issuing Machines located near entry gates of all stations.
